Earth MaideN’s
A Rites of Passage,self discovery Journey for the coming of age maiden.
Now, more than ever, our young girls need tools to navigate their teen years with a deeper sense of connection, inner purpose, confidence, joy and ease.
Earth Maiden’s is designed with the intention to help facilitate personal growth through journeying within, and empowering young girls to show up as their highest, authentic selves with confidence, mindfulness and grace, along with embracing their own unique flame.
In Earth Maiden’s, we follow the regenerative rhythms of nature as our foundation, connecting to the Earth, elements, seasons, and the chakras, as we weave in many topics that fall within each portal.
We also incorporate:
- herbalism
(learning about supportive plant allies for tweens, and creating herbal medicine together)
-create meaningful, topic related art
-delve deeper through journaling
-guided meditation
-moon mapping
-ancestral ways of healing
-mindfulness practices
-ceremony
And…
Acquiring tools to be in right relationship with ourselves, our community, and the Earth.
Intention
Jades intention for birthing Earth Maiden’s is to hold a sacred container of safe space and nourishing support, where girls can open up, share, and discover themselves; and in return be seen, heard and acknowledged for their true expression and their unique gifts.
This is how we cultivate empowered sisterhood by remembering how to be our most authentic selves and to show up and hold space for one another.
